    Meet the Trainers

Amy N. is a certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and mat Pilates trainer. I have been teaching group fitness classes for the YMCA since 1995 and through community education since 1993. And have come to build physical activity into every day. I hope to inspire others to Be and feel as Well as they think they can! We will learn proper breathing while exercising our core "powerhouse" muscles, you will build strength in the arms, legs, joints and back with your own body weight suitably applied, and added stretching for essential flexibility.

Autumn and among the many titles I hold (mother, wife, homemaker, baker, friend, scrapbooker, etc.) I am a ZUMBA instructor. I started as a group fitness instructor for the YMCA working with Active Older Adults. I enjoy working with this population, and was still eager to try something new. So I went to training for ZUMBA and fell in love. Some might say I got in over my head, started teaching 9 times a week, but can anyone have too much ZUMBA, I say no. So here I am teaching ZUMBA to those in wheelchairs and the way up to high intensity. It never gets old I love it and love to see others enjoy it too!!

Awbria I have been in love with fitness ever since the birth of my fisrt baby almost 8 years ago. I knew I needed to get my pre-pregnancy body back and that is when I found pilates. From the moment I tried it I was in love and have made it a part of my lifestyle ever since. I fell in love with fitness so much and what it did for the way I looked and felt that I wanted to be able to share it with other women who might think that once they have babies they can not get fit and sexy again. That is when I became a Certified Personal Trainer. And it wasn't until my Fourth baby just 2 years ago that I found my new passion and love, Zumba! I knew the first time that I experienced Zumba that it was going to be part of my life from that point on. I was certified as an instructor a year later and have to say it was one of the best decissions I have ever made. Zumba will not only give you one of the best workouts you have ever had it will be the most FUN you've ever had working out. I look forward to building a huge name for Zumba in the city of Farmington and letting so many of you experience the new workout craze that is sweeping the nation!

Corneliu is a talented sound and light man from New York. During retirement he continues to create music ambiance for Open Dancing on Friday afternoons in the ballroom. Justin Egge Certification: NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, CPR Certified Practitioner, Specializations: Injury Rehab and Compensation Correction, Education: Pursuing BA in Kinesiology
Justin Egge is originally from Lakeville, MN. Health and fitness has always been his first passion. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor's of Science degree in Kinesiology, the study of the human body in movement. Justin has a well balanced approach to the human body in his clients' fitness endeavors. He uses proven program concepts combined with his background in Yoga and nutrition counseling to improve the health and lives of others.
Justin's Exercise Philosophy: "Don't work harder, work smarter! Working hard never guarantee's results, it just guarantee's exhaustion." I can show you how to effectively train for results. Intensity and balance are key. You are stronger than you think and I can prove it! It's never too late to start living a healthier lifestyle so quit putting it off, and remember, if you can visualize it, you can achieve it! The human body is amazing. If you tell it burn calories, become stronger and healthier it will! On the other hand, if you sit on the couch and watch TV all the time it will adapt by ridding itself of every metabolic driving pound of muscle to achieve the perfect couch potato experience. What are you telling your body to do?
